Create Hyper-Realistic AI Videos Step by Step

By Ali ·

A 4-step workflow using Google Flow and NanoBanana2 to generate ultra-detailed AI videos with realistic skin, natural movement, and dialogue — from a single text prompt.

🛠️ Tool: Google Flow

Step 01 — Generate the Wide Base Image with NanoBanana2

Open Google Flow and use the NanoBanana2 model. Set image type to Editorial Portrait and use this prompt:

Prompt: A stunning 26-year-old woman with wavy dark hair, luminous Mediterranean olive skin, and sharp cheekbones, wearing a high-cut one-piece swimsuit in ivory. Reclining elegantly on the tiled edge of an infinity pool overlooking a tropical jungle canopy, one leg dipped in water, gaze directed away from the camera toward the horizon. Midday light filtered soft through scattered cloud cover, clean reflections shimmering on the water surface. Three-quarter body shot at eye level, Canon EOS R5, 85mm f/1.8, shallow depth of field isolating her against the soft-focus jungle backdrop. Harper’s Bazaar swimwear editorial.

Tags: cinematic, ultra-detailed, 4K, dramatic lighting, shallow depth of field, HDR, professional, film still, editorial fashion, minimalist studio, fitness aesthetic

Negative Prompt: low quality, blurry, flat lighting, distorted face, bad anatomy, extra limbs, oversharpening, text, watermark, logo, messy hair, cluttered background

Step 02 — Add Realistic Skin Details

Add the image from Step 1 as a reference in NanoBanana2 and use this prompt to enhance skin realism:

realistic skin texture and natural imperfections / same frame / subtle under-eye lines and shadows / uneven skin tone with slight redness and natural variation / faint visible veins / detailed fabric weave, soft wrinkles, and worn texture

Step 03 — Generate a Face Close-Up

Add the Step 2 image as reference and generate a close-up of the face:

high quality close up into face / natural detailed skin texture / same camera angle / same face angle

Step 04 — Generate the Final Video with Veo 3.1

Add both images from Steps 2 and 3 as references. Switch the model to veo3.1 fast and use this prompt — replace the dialogue placeholder with what you want the model to say:

steady camera zoom in to face, model has some natural macro movements / pose remain same / model start saying this: “[REPLACE DIALOGUE HERE]”
